As an orange belt you will learn:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oi tsuki \u2013 stepping punch<\/li>\n<li>Jodan age uki \u2013 rising block<\/li>\n<li>Chudan soto uke \u2013 outside block<\/li>\n<li><strong>Chudan uchi uke &#8211; inside block<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Shuto uke &#8211; knife hand block<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Mai geri \u2013 front snap kick<\/li>\n<li><strong>Yoko geri keage &#8211; side snap kick<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Yoko geri kekomi &#8211; side thrust kick<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=DtPHumo4msk\">Orange Belt Kihon Video<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kumite<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kumite is where you spar with a partner, you will be taught:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sanbon or Gohon kumite attacking with jodan oi tsuki and chudan oi tsuki.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=bi7h8XD3SfA\">Gohon Kumite Video<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kata<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kata is a set of fixed moves. With each belt you will learn a new kata.
