As a green belt you will learn:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sanbon tsuki \u2013 stepping punch, double punch<\/li>\n<li><strong>Jodan age uki, gyaku tsuki , gedan barai\u2013 rising block, reverse punch, downward block<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Chudan soto uke, empi uchi, uraken\u2013 outside block, elbow strike, back fist<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Chudan uchi uke, kizama tsuki, gyaku tsuki\u2013 inside block, double punch<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Shuto uke, nukite \u2013 knife hand block, spear hand strike<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Mai geri \u2013 front snap kick<\/li>\n<li>Yoko geri keage \u2013 side snap kick<\/li>\n<li>Yoko geri kekomi \u2013 side thrust kick<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=MKGiU3SF_tI&amp;t=336s\">Green Belt Kihon<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kumite<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kumite is where you spar with a partner, you will be taught:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ippon kumite attacking with jodan oi tsuki, chudan oi tsuki and mai geri on both sides.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=nZhArnfeNgU\">Green Belt Ippon Kumite<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kata<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kata is a set of fixed moves. With each belt you will learn a new kata.
