As a brown and white belt you will learn:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sanbon tsuki \u2013 stepping punch, double punch<\/li>\n<li>Jodan age uki, gyaku tsuki , gedan barai \u2013 rising block, reverse punch, downward block<\/li>\n<li>Chudan soto uke, empi uchi, uraken, gyaku tsuki, gedan barai \u2013 outside block, elbow strike, back fist, downward block<\/li>\n<li>Chudan uchi uke, kizama tsuki, gyaku tsuki, gedan barai \u2013 inside block, double punch, downward block<\/li>\n<li>Shuto uke, mai geri, nukite \u2013 knife hand block, front snap kick, spear hand strike<\/li>\n<li>Mai geri, oi tsuki, gyaku tsuki \u2013 front snap kick, double punch<\/li>\n<li>Yoko geri kekomi, uraken, gyaku tsuki \u2013 side thrust kick, back fist, reverse punch<\/li>\n<li>Mawashi geri, uraken, gyaku tsuki \u2013 roundhouse kick, back fist, reverse punch<\/li>\n<li>Ushiro geri, uraken, gyaku tsuki \u2013 back kick, back fist, reverse punch<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kizama tsuki, oi tsuki, gyaku tsuki, Front hand punch, stepping punch, gyaku tsuki.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Mai geri, yoko geri, mawashi geri, u<\/strong><strong>shiro geri, uraken, gyaku tsuki \u2013 front snap kick, side thrust kick, roundhouse kick, back kick, back fist, reverse punch<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Urcsr-ZzbqI\">Brown Belt Kihon (2nd Kyu to 1st Kyu)<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kumite<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kumite is where you spar with a partner, you will be taught:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Jyu Ippon kumite attacking with jodan oi tsuki, chudan oi tsuki , mai geri. yoko geri, mawashi geri and ushiro geri.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=DxBZNfiarZk\">Brown Belt Kumite<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kata<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kata is a set of fixed moves. With each belt you will learn a new kata.
