Saturday 02 October 2021 –2021 Special Dan Grade Course (Loughborough) black belts only. Dan gradings for 3rd Dan and above.
Sunday 03 October 2021 – Shotokan Cup (Chesterfield)
Sunday 17 October 2021 – Free Black & Brown Belt Course (Nottingham) and Dan Grading

Well on the way to smashing their next grading!
Starting this Saturday, the class will move from the Scout Hall to the Community Centre. Class will still be 10-11am. Sometime in the future we may change to two classes if numbers increase.
We still have two 9am morning classes at the Scout Hall, Tuesdays and Thursdays, so no excuses for getting in your training. Training twice a week is good, more is better!!

It’s school holidays this week, classes may be quieter than usual.
Westminster Park classes are:
Scout Hall – Tuesday and Friday 9am and Saturday 10am.
Westminster Park – Wednesday 5:30-6:30 and 6:30-7:30 and Thursday 6pm.
We may cancel classes if there are too few people, so can you please book in or let me know which sessions you are doing.

In addition to our evening classes, we have morning classes during the week at Westminster Park Scout Hall in Manor Road.
These are on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9am. The classes are timed to coincide with school drop offs.
